Dear Alumnus/Parents/Supporters,
Each year the men of the Sigma Chi Fraternity at USC plan to provide a combination of monetary and volunteer support to children greatly in need of assistance. Our chapter supports Sigma Chi’s charitable alliance with the Children’s Miracle Network, focusing specifically on the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, the local partner of Children’s Miracle Network. We plan to donate a large portion of all proceeds donated toward the hospital’s “Bricks,” “Brains” and “Programs” fundraising campaign which provides funds for the current construction of new hospital facilities and funds the hospital’s annual operational budget as well. In addition to the Children’s Hospital, we will be donating a portion of the proceeds to the Huntsman Cancer Institute, aiding in the endeavor to understand cancer and improve treatments for those suffering. We are asking you to join us in our challenge to change Los Angeles and make a lasting impact on this community. Any financial donation you can make at this time will go directly to help those less fortunate in the Los Angeles area and around the country. Coupled with your generous support, we hope to significantly change a few lives and serve as the first steps in Sigma Chi’s commitment of “Supporting the Children of Los Angeles”.
