We are hiring 1–2 Junior Brokers to join a top-producing industrial real estate team focused on large-scale logistics, warehouse leasing, land sales, and institutional investment transactions throughout the Inland Empire. We encourage Sigma Chis to apply.
This is a hands-on, high-growth role designed for someone who wants to build a long-term brokerage career alongside senior partners actively closing deals, not a back-office analyst role.
You will work directly with experienced partners on real transactions while developing the skills, market knowledge, and relationships needed to become a full producer.
